Vegetarian: Mushroom Pan

The perfect vegetarian: mushroom pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 size Onions
  • 2 Chinese garlic
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Rosemary
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. I bought extra small mushrooms for this pan to fry whole. Clean the mushrooms with a brush and cut the stem. Peel the onions and cut into half rings, finely dice the garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok and stir-fry the mushrooms until they are nicely browned and the fat has smuggled into the mushrooms. This can take up to 10 minutes. Now add onions and garlic to the pan and add a little more oil. Continue frying, stirring, until onions are browned. Salt, pepper and season with rosemary.
  3. We ate the rest of the morning rolls with rosemary butter.
