  • 4 Pc. Herring fillet
  • 300 g Sour cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Pc Sour cucumber
  • 0,25 Apple
  • 1 Spring onions, normal works too
  • 200 ml Cream
  1. Matjes fillets, if bought in oil, dab a little with kitchen roll. Place the fillets whole or in pieces in a bowl. Cut the spring onion, apple and pickled cucumber into small pieces and add to them. then whisk together the sour cream, milk and, if desired, cream
