- 400 g Minced meat
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Zucchini green
- 1 Fennel fresh
- 1 Onion red
- 1 Clove of garlic large
- 1 Chilli pepper
- 1 packet Sieved tomatos
- Herbal mixture Italian
- Herbal salt Katelan
- Chili salt
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- White wine
- Meat broth canned
- 300 g Pasta
- prepare the vegetables – see photos – fry the minced meat until it has taken off some color – remove from the pan – cook the pasta at the same time –
