Cream Cheese Dip with Cashew Nuts

The perfect cream cheese dip with cashew nuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cottage cheese half-fat level
  • 150 g Cream / sour cream 20% fat
  • 2 tablespoon Cashew nuts
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 Hot peppers
  • 0,5 shell Cress (garden cress)
  • 2 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika powder
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Roast the cashew nuts in a pan without fat and chop them roughly.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese with the sour cream and paprika powder.
  3. Cut the spring onions and peppers into rings. Dice the peppers. Add the ingredients with the garlic and the cashwee seeds to the cheese.
  4. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and cress and mix well.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. I had warm flatbread with it.
