Filled Tacos with Feta

The perfect filled tacos with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 1 Tablespoon Margarine
  • 1 Onion, 50 g
  • 1 small Chilli pepper
  • 100 ml Red wine
  • 1 Tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 0,5 teaspoon Cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 8 Taco bowls
  • 0,5 Lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 100 g Feta in one piece
  1. Fry the minced meat vigorously in hot fat. Peel the onion. Wash the chilli pepper and finely chop both. Add the onion and chilli pepper to the minced meat and sauté. Deglaze with red wine.
  1. Stir in the tomato paste and season with cumin, salt, pepper and sugar. Let it boil down. Heat the tacos in the oven according to the instructions on the package (3 minutes).
  1. Pick the lettuce and wash it. Wash and cut tomatoes into eighths. Crumble the feta.
  1. Fill the tacos with a few leaves of lettuce, minced meat and tomato wedges and sprinkle with feta.
