Ingredients

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 15 Yufka pastry sheets (available in the Turkish market)
  • 125 g Feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0,25 bunch Leaf parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato paste
  • 4 Spring onions fresh
  • 2 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
  • Dried oregano, thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Egg separated, egg white to stick and the yellow to spread

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl to a mass, season with the spices to taste.
  • Slightly moisten the dough sheets and form a mincing mixture the size of a table tennis ball into a roll and place on the sheet. Fold in the pages and roll up with little pressure. Brush the tip with some egg white, this serves as glue. The role is ready.
  • Either brush the rolls with egg yolk and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes or fry them in plenty of oil in a pan until golden.
  • Garnish with zatziki or herb quark as a dip and fresh tomatoes. Or just as a snack on the side.
