Leo’s Walnut-feta Spread
The perfect leo’s walnut-feta spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Frozen parsley or fresh
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 120 g Diced feta
- 5 tbsp Milk
- 120 g Grained cream cheese
- Salt, cayenne pepper
- Roast walnuts without oil, let cool and roughly chop.
- Finely puree the walnuts, coarsely chopped parsley, garlic, milk, feta and cream cheese and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Enjoy on black or white bread !!
