Leo’s Walnut-feta Spread

The perfect leo’s walnut-feta spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Frozen parsley or fresh
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 120 g Diced feta
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • 120 g Grained cream cheese
  • Salt, cayenne pepper
  1. Roast walnuts without oil, let cool and roughly chop.
  2. Finely puree the walnuts, coarsely chopped parsley, garlic, milk, feta and cream cheese and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
  3. Enjoy on black or white bread !!
