Roulades with Bacon and Cucumber Filling

  • 2 Beef roulades
  • 2 Gherkins
  • 4 disc Mixed with bacon, sliced
  • Mustard, salt, pepper
  • 3 Onion
  • Sauce binder dark
  1. Salt and pepper the roulade and spread a thin layer of mustard.
  2. 1 Clean the onion, chop it into small pieces and distribute the amount on the roulade according to taste.
  3. Place bacon on top. A cucumber in the middle.
