Chocolate – Panna Cotta

- 200 g Cream
- 200 ml Milk
- 125 g Sugar
- 200 g Sour cream
- 3 sheet Gelatin
- 2 tbsp Baking cocoa
- Bring the cream and milk to the boil together with the sugar and then remove from the stove.
- Soak gelatine according to the instructions on the package, squeeze it out and stir into the cream milk.
- Stir in cocoa and sour cream, pour the mixture into dessert glasses / dessert molds and let set in the refrigerator.
