Chocolate – Panna Cotta

The perfect chocolate – panna cotta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cream
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 3 sheet Gelatin
  • 2 tbsp Baking cocoa
  1. Bring the cream and milk to the boil together with the sugar and then remove from the stove.
  2. Soak gelatine according to the instructions on the package, squeeze it out and stir into the cream milk.
  3. Stir in cocoa and sour cream, pour the mixture into dessert glasses / dessert molds and let set in the refrigerator.
