Mini Vanilla Fritters

The perfect mini vanilla fritters recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Dough:
  • 250 gr Flour
  • 250 gr Quark
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 1 The pulp of a vanilla pod
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • To roll over:
  • 150 gr Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinammon
  • Aside from that:
  • Toothpick
  • Muffin tins
  • 500 ml Rapeseed oil for frying
  1. Scrape out the vanilla pulp and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a dough.
  2. Heat 2,500 ml of oil, when it has got hot, turn the stove down to medium level.
  3. Fill the dough into a plastic bag and press small heaps into the oil.
  4. Bake until golden brown on both sides, drain and cool.
  5. When the pointer is processed, mix sugar and cinnamon, roll mini donuts in it and place each on a muffin mold and stick a toothpick into it.
  6. Serve on a cake plate. New Year’s Eve can come!
