Ingredients
 

  • Dough:
  • 250 gr Flour
  • 250 gr Quark
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 1 The pulp of a vanilla pod
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • To roll over:
  • 150 gr Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinammon
  • Aside from that:
  • Toothpick
  • Muffin tins
  • 500 ml Rapeseed oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Scrape out the vanilla pulp and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a dough.
  • Heat 2,500 ml of oil, when it has got hot, turn the stove down to medium level.
  • Fill the dough into a plastic bag and press small heaps into the oil.
  • Bake until golden brown on both sides, drain and cool.
  • When the pointer is processed, mix sugar and cinnamon, roll mini donuts in it and place each on a muffin mold and stick a toothpick into it.
  • Serve on a cake plate. New Year's Eve can come!
