Ingredients
- Dough:
- 250 gr Flour
- 250 gr Quark
- 100 gr Sugar
- 1 The pulp of a vanilla pod
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 packet Baking powder
- To roll over:
- 150 gr Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinammon
- Aside from that:
- Toothpick
- Muffin tins
- 500 ml Rapeseed oil for frying
Instructions
- Scrape out the vanilla pulp and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a dough.
- Heat 2,500 ml of oil, when it has got hot, turn the stove down to medium level.
- Fill the dough into a plastic bag and press small heaps into the oil.
- Bake until golden brown on both sides, drain and cool.
- When the pointer is processed, mix sugar and cinnamon, roll mini donuts in it and place each on a muffin mold and stick a toothpick into it.
- Serve on a cake plate. New Year's Eve can come!
