Apple Fritters in Beer Batter with Vanilla Ice Cream

The perfect apple fritters in beer batter with vanilla ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Battered Apple Cakes:

  • 2 Pc. Apples
  • 200 g Flour
  • 4 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 250 ml Beer
  • 10 g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt

Vanilla icecream:

  • 400 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
  • 500 g Whipped cream

Battered Apple Cakes:

  1. First of all, separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs and beat the whites until stiff. Mix the other ingredients into a mass and fold in the egg whites.
  2. Remove the core from the apple and cut it into even slices that should not be thicker than 0.5 cm. Use a fork to dip the apple slices into the batter and then bake them in the pan. Check the degree of browning of the dough every now and then so that it doesn’t burn.

Vanilla icecream:

  1. Pour the condensed milk into a container and completely add the pulp of the vanilla pod. Stir the mixture for at least 2 minutes to distribute the vanilla well. Now whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold in. Cover the jar and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours and then enjoy. It doesn’t have to be stirred in between.
