Oven Sluice with Forest Berries – Leftover Recycling

The perfect oven sluice with forest berries – leftover recycling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Milk roll
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 30 g Flaked almonds
  • 80 g Frozen wild berries
  • 1 Sachets Vanilla sugar
  • 30 g Cane sugar
  1. Make the casserole dishes out of fat. Cut the milk rolls into slices. Line the base with it, cut the rest into cubes and mix with the milk and egg. Mix the berries with the vanilla sugar and add to the sauce. Pour into the molds and sprinkle with flaked almonds and the cane sugar.
  2. I had my dessert variations for Christmas. Can also be wonderfully prepared the day before. Just before serving, bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. I only set it up for 2 people, so to speak for a meal for two 🙂
