Two Types of Wholemeal Bread
The perfect two types of wholemeal bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Version 1:
- 2 packet Sourdough extract
- 2 packet Dry yeast
- 700 ml Lukewarm water
- 3 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 2 Pc. Onion rings
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 2,5 tablespoon Clarified butter
Version 2:
- 1 handful Chopped walnuts
- 0,5 handful Sunflower seeds
- Put the flour and sourdough in a bowl. Add salt and yeast. Mix with the dough hook and slowly add the water. Mix the dough well, then cover with a towel and let rise.
- Now divide the dough.
Version 1:
- Put onion rings in a plastic bag with flour + paprika, close and shake well. Bake the onion ring in clarified butter and let it cool. Salt a little. Let cool down.
Version 2:
- Chop the walnuts a little, mix with the sunflower seeds and then roast without fat. Let cool down.
- Now process half the dough with 1 version of ingredients each. Knead well with a little flour, the dough can be shaped well. Now let it rest again, it should be able to double up well.
- Put a little water in the oven at 170 ° C and scratch it. Now bake it nicely, I’ll test it with a skewer. about 70-75 min.
