Two Types of Wholemeal Bread

The perfect two types of wholemeal bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Version 1:

  • 2 packet Sourdough extract
  • 2 packet Dry yeast
  • 700 ml Lukewarm water
  • 3 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 2 Pc. Onion rings
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 2,5 tablespoon Clarified butter

Version 2:

  • 1 handful Chopped walnuts
  • 0,5 handful Sunflower seeds
  1. Put the flour and sourdough in a bowl. Add salt and yeast. Mix with the dough hook and slowly add the water. Mix the dough well, then cover with a towel and let rise.
  2. Now divide the dough.

Version 1:
