Crumble Biscuits Made from Puff Pastry

- 1 packet Puff pastry from the refrigerated counter
- Jam
- 150 g Flour
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 75 g Butter
- Roll out the puff pastry a little more. I always take the dough from the refrigerated counter. It doesn’t have to thaw and you can get started right away. Cut out cookies and place on a baking sheet. I get about 5 sheets out of there. It may also depend on the size of the cookie.
- Make crumble from the remaining ingredients.
- Brush the cookies with jam of your choice and cover with the sprinkles. Don’t be too stingy, the amount is good enough.
- Bake the cookies at 180 ° C for 15 minutes. Let cool down a bit and you’re done. Great if you are expecting guests spontaneously or if you can’t wait for it yourself 🙂
