Börek Cigars Casserole
The perfect börek cigars casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Yufka pasta sheets triangular
- 350 gr Sheep cheese
- 2 tbsp Black cumin
- 4 tbsp Sesame
- 400 ml Whipped cream
- 300 gr Sour cream
- 100 ml Rapeseed oil
- 1 glass Drained salsify preserve
- Salt
- Pepper
- Crumble the sheep’s cheese and fold in a tablespoon of black cumin. Fill the yufka leaves with it and roll them up. Place in a large, flat baking dish
- Mix the sour cream, whipped cream and oil together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Drain the black roots and spread over the rolled yufka leaves. Spread the sour cream evenly over the top.
- Mix the sesame seeds and the rest of the black cumin and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake at 200 degrees until it has turned a golden brown color.
