The perfect celery sticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Breading:

  • Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Quinoa, red
  • 2 tbsp Quinoa, white
  • 2 tbsp Buckwheat
  • 0,5 tsp Coriander, acc.
  • 0,5 tsp Cumin
  • 0,5 tsp Curry
  • Rapeseed oil
  1. I don’t really like celery – but breaded as schnitzel or sticks – absolutely hmmm …
  1. Peel the celery, cut into slices and / or strips and season with salt. Let it steep briefly.
  1. Flake the quinoa and buckwheat with the cereal crusher and mix in the spices.
  1. Whisk the egg well. Roll the celery in the egg and then in the breading. Fry in the pan on all sides.
