Celery Sticks
The perfect celery sticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Breading:
- Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Quinoa, red
- 2 tbsp Quinoa, white
- 2 tbsp Buckwheat
- 0,5 tsp Coriander, acc.
- 0,5 tsp Cumin
- 0,5 tsp Curry
- Rapeseed oil
- I don’t really like celery – but breaded as schnitzel or sticks – absolutely hmmm …
- Peel the celery, cut into slices and / or strips and season with salt. Let it steep briefly.
- Flake the quinoa and buckwheat with the cereal crusher and mix in the spices.
- Whisk the egg well. Roll the celery in the egg and then in the breading. Fry in the pan on all sides.
