Breading:

  • Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Quinoa, red
  • 2 tbsp Quinoa, white
  • 2 tbsp Buckwheat
  • 0,5 tsp Coriander, acc.
  • 0,5 tsp Cumin
  • 0,5 tsp Curry
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • I don't really like celery - but breaded as schnitzel or sticks - absolutely hmmm ...
  • Peel the celery, cut into slices and / or strips and season with salt. Let it steep briefly.
  • Flake the quinoa and buckwheat with the cereal crusher and mix in the spices.
  • Whisk the egg well. Roll the celery in the egg and then in the breading. Fry in the pan on all sides.
