Ingredients

Pizza dough

  • 100 g Flour
  • 70 ml Water
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,25 Pkg. Germ
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Basil
  • Flour

Covering

  • 5 Discs Ham from the meat chopper
  • 1 Celeriac
  • 1 Spring onion
  • Gouda cheese
  • Chilli salsa
  • Basil
  • Hot Sauce The temptation
  • Garlic oil

Instructions

Pizza dough

  • Knead all ingredients into a dough, ideally with the help of a dough kneading machine. Let the dough stand in a warm place to rest (flour the place a little so it doesn't stick). After 30 minutes it can be processed further.

Covering

  • Wash celery and spring onions and cut into small pieces. Grate the Gouda in a coarse grater. Cut the basil into strips.
  • Preheat the oven to maximum power (approx. 260 ° C) top / bottom heat for 30 minutes with a pizza stone.
  • After the resting time, knead the dough again briefly and roll it out. Spread the chilli salsa on the dough, sprinkle some grated Gouda on top. Place the ham, celery and spring onion on top. Finish with a little Gouda cheese and a few drops of hot sauce.
  • Bake the pizza on the pizza stone and at maximum power (approx. 260 ° C) for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Check the baking process of the pizza often in the high heat. Finally, moisten the edge with garlic oil and put the basil on the pizza.

Tips

  • The pizza works best on a pizza stone. So that the pizza does not stick to the stone, you can put the pizza on baking paper. Do not leave pizza unattended at the extremely high temperatures.
