Chocolate for Breakfast

The perfect chocolate for breakfast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g Couverture
  • 70 g Cashew
  • 70 g Walnuts
  • 70 g Hazelnut
  • 160 g Flour
  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 100 g Cocoa powder
  1. First melt the couverture with the butter. In addition, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy and mix the flour, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder in another bowl. Mix the melted butter and chocolate with the beaten eggs. Then stir in the flour mixture. Finally fold in the nuts and the grated chocolate.
  2. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for 16-20 minutes. Cut the brownie into small pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
