Oyster Mushrooms with Mince
The perfect oyster mushrooms with mince recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Ground beef
- 200 g Oyster mushrooms
- 2 piece Shallots
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 100 ml Riesling
- 1 branch Thyme
- 1 tsp Steak pepper
- Seasoned Salt
- Peel shallots and garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Cut the oyster mushrooms into coarse strips and dice the stalks.
- Pluck the thyme leaves.
- Sear the lean minced meat with shallots and garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the mushroom stalks and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
- Deglaze with the white wine, let it boil down.
- When the liquid has almost evaporated, add the mushroom strips, thyme and pepper and reduce the heat.
- When the mushrooms have collapsed, season with salt.
- Goes well with and in flatbread.
