Oyster Mushrooms with Mince

The perfect oyster mushrooms with mince recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 200 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 2 piece Shallots
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 100 ml Riesling
  • 1 branch Thyme
  • 1 tsp Steak pepper
  • Seasoned Salt
  1. Peel shallots and garlic and cut into small pieces.
  1. Cut the oyster mushrooms into coarse strips and dice the stalks.
  1. Pluck the thyme leaves.
  1. Sear the lean minced meat with shallots and garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes.
  1. Add the mushroom stalks and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  1. Deglaze with the white wine, let it boil down.
  1. When the liquid has almost evaporated, add the mushroom strips, thyme and pepper and reduce the heat.
  1. When the mushrooms have collapsed, season with salt.
  1. Goes well with and in flatbread.
