  • 500 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 40 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Cardamom
  • 0,75 liter Warm water
  1. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Add eggs, flour and sugar with 3 / 4l warm water and let stand overnight. Bake the dough with a croissant iron and roll it into croissants. Dough makes about 100 pieces. Delicious whipped cream with it
