Strawberry Cake – First This Year

The perfect strawberry cake – first this year recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cake base, see my KB
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 Pä Baking custard cream
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 Pä Red cake topping without cooking
  1. Bake the cake base according to the instructions, allow to cool. Clean and halve the strawberries. Pudding cream Whip according to the instructions on the packet and spread on the cake base. Put on a cake ring beforehand.
  2. Place the strawberries on top. Mix the cake topping with boiling water (250 ml) vigorously and distribute immediately over the strawberries. Let us cool down and enjoy with a whipped cream.
