Vegetable Stew with Meatballs
The perfect vegetable stew with meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Kohlrabi fresh
- 7 piece Potatoes
- 5 piece Carrots
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Pc. Parsley root
- 1 Pc. Bread roll
- 1 tablespoon Granulated broth
- 25 g Butter
- 1 teaspoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Parsely
- Salt and pepper
- 1 piece Garlic
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 a cup Cream
- 0,25 liter Milk
- Peel the carrots, kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Peel and cut the parsley root as well.
- Place a saucepan with butter and add the vegetables. Let it sweat and sprinkle with the flour.
- Season to taste with granulated broth, pour over cream. Simmer.
- When it is nice and creamy, add a little more milk. Season to taste with parsley, salt and pepper.
