Vegetable Stew with Meatballs

The perfect vegetable stew with meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Kohlrabi fresh
  • 7 piece Potatoes
  • 5 piece Carrots
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Pc. Parsley root
  • 1 Pc. Bread roll
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated broth
  • 25 g Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Parsely
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 piece Garlic
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 0,25 liter Milk
  1. Peel the carrots, kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Peel and cut the parsley root as well.
  3. Place a saucepan with butter and add the vegetables. Let it sweat and sprinkle with the flour.
  4. Season to taste with granulated broth, pour over cream. Simmer.
  5. When it is nice and creamy, add a little more milk. Season to taste with parsley, salt and pepper.
