Minced Potato Casserole
The perfect minced potato casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 Waxy potatoes
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Can Corn
- 500 Mixed minced meat
- 1 shot Cream
- 2 Eggs
- 1 packet Grated cheese
- 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
- Peel the potatoes, dice them and cook in salted water. Fry the onions, corn, tomatoes and minced meat in a pan and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Mix two eggs with a little cream and pour over them. Put the potatoes in the baking dish and fold in the minced meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese over it and bake in a preheated oven to 200 g for about 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
