- 100 g Butter
- 125 g Flour
- 4 Eggs separated
- 1 Tl Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 125 ml Milk
- 1 Vanilla pod scraped out
- Powdered sugar
- Beat the very soft butter with the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla until frothy, then stir in the flour and milk until you have a smooth mixture.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Then slowly fold into the mass. Brush a waffle iron with butter and bake golden yellow waffles. Finally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
