Ingredients
- 3 half Garlic sausage / Cabanossi
- 3 Diced carrots
- 1 Onion
- 3 half Colorful peppers
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 handful Small mini tomatoes
- 1 Belle de Boskoop Apples
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 3 cm Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 Cup Basmati rice
- 1 tablespoon Cream
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 Cup Hot vegetable broth
Instructions
- Cook the rice in vegetable stock until soft. Cut the sausage, the vegetables, the onion and the garlic into even pieces.
- Now heat the oil in the pan, add the sausage and vegetables and, while stirring gently, pour in the hot broth and bring to the boil, when the broth has evaporated, add the rice and stir vigorously. Round off with tomato paste and cream and enjoy a delicious meal .......
