Brussels Waffles with Touch of Christmas Magic!

  • 125 g Sugar
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 Knife point Orange zest
  • 1 Knife point Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 40 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 2 Knife point Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Knife point Speculoos seasoning
  • 120 g Sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 Pc. Sour cherries from the glass
  • 1,5 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Food starch

  • 200 g Liquid cream
  • 1,5 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Knife point Ground cinnamon
