Brussels Waffles with Touch of Christmas Magic!
The perfect brussels waffles with touch of christmas magic! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Covering:
- 125 g Sugar
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 1 Knife point Orange zest
- 1 Knife point Lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 40 g Ground hazelnuts
- 2 Knife point Ground cinnamon
- 1 Knife point Speculoos seasoning
- 120 g Sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 Pc. Sour cherries from the glass
- 1,5 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Food starch
hit with:
- 200 g Liquid cream
- 1,5 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Knife point Ground cinnamon
- First, let’s take a look at all the ingredients.
Dough:
- Beat the butter and sugar, oranges + lemon zest until frothy.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in the hazelnuts + spices.
