Fruit Bread or Apple Bread

Dry ingredients
- 250 g Sugar
- 125 g Raisins
- 50 g Lemon peel
- 50 g Orange peel
- 125 gr, Prunes

- 1,5 packet Tartar baking powder

- 1 pinch Ground cloves
- 1 pinch Anise powder
- 1 pinch Ground cardamom
- Cut the apples, prunes, and dried apricots into small pieces, stir together the orange peel, lemon peel, raisins and sugar and finally stir in the kirsch. Cover the bowl with a lid and let it steep in the refrigerator overnight
- On the next day, sieve the dry ingredients together and stir in the fruits. and process into a dough. Line two loaf tins with baking paper and fill half of the dough in each. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
