Sweet and Sour Heart Ragout

The perfect sweet and sour heart ragout recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Pig heart
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 2 Pc. Gherkins
  • 50 ml Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 250 ml Beef broth
  1. Boil the heart until firm to the bite. Cut the onion, pickled cucumber and heart into small cubes and fry in a pan. Add the flour. Mix the vinegar, stock and sugar and add the pan. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until smooth pretty good bacon bread.
