Sweet and Sour Heart Ragout

- 800 g Pig heart
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 2 Pc. Gherkins
- 50 ml Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 250 ml Beef broth
- Boil the heart until firm to the bite. Cut the onion, pickled cucumber and heart into small cubes and fry in a pan. Add the flour. Mix the vinegar, stock and sugar and add the pan. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until smooth pretty good bacon bread.
