Christmas Cookies: Real Heather Sand
The perfect christmas cookies: real heather sand recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
wrap in:
- 80 g Powdered sugar
- 50 g Marzipan
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 Pc. Lemon zest
- 250 g Sifted flour
- 1 Pc. Cling film
coat:
- 1 Pc. Egg yolk
- 1 Cup Sugar
- Mix the butter, powdered sugar, marzipan and lemon zest until smooth.
- Sieve in the flour, mix well.
- Roll the dough into even rolls and in foil, place in the refrigerator. Preferably overnight.
- Brush the rolls with egg yolk and roll in sugar.
- Now cut the slices approx. 05 cm thick.
To bake :
- At 170 about 12 min.
