Ingredients
- 16 Grape leaves
- Fresh from the vine
- 30 Blackberry leaves
- 30 Currant leaves are best from black currant
- 30 Raspberry leaves
- 30 Lemon balm leaves
- 30 Peppermint leaves
- All leaves are freshly picked
Instructions
- Wash the wine leaves, pat dry, wash the remaining leaves and spin dry (ideally in the salad spinner) leave to dry for a day
- Spread out the wine leaves, mix the other leaves and put a good tablespoon of each on the top edge
- Fold in the top edge, roll up the side edges as well and then roll up the vine leaf and wrap it with kitchen twine, cut off the steak
- Now let the resulting rolls dry well, then put them in a well-closing jar for storage
- Tea infusion: Scald a roll with 1 liter of boiled water and let it steep for 10 minutes
