Herbal Tea in Witch Style

Ingredients
 

  • 16 Grape leaves
  • Fresh from the vine
  • 30 Blackberry leaves
  • 30 Currant leaves are best from black currant
  • 30 Raspberry leaves
  • 30 Lemon balm leaves
  • 30 Peppermint leaves
  • All leaves are freshly picked

Instructions
 

  • Wash the wine leaves, pat dry, wash the remaining leaves and spin dry (ideally in the salad spinner) leave to dry for a day
  • Spread out the wine leaves, mix the other leaves and put a good tablespoon of each on the top edge
  • Fold in the top edge, roll up the side edges as well and then roll up the vine leaf and wrap it with kitchen twine, cut off the steak
  • Now let the resulting rolls dry well, then put them in a well-closing jar for storage
  • Tea infusion: Scald a roll with 1 liter of boiled water and let it steep for 10 minutes
