Pumpkin Cheesecake from Sheet

The perfect pumpkin cheesecake from sheet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Yeast dough finished product
  • 1 packet Nutmeg Pumpkin
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  • 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 150 g Salami
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • Fresh thyme
  1. Roll out the yeast dough on a baking sheet and brush with creme fraiche.
  1. Cut the pumpkin into wedges, core, peel and cut into thin slices. Spread on the dough and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  1. Cut the onion into thin slices, spread over the pumpkin. Cover with salami slices and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.
