Sheet Metal Cheesecake with Plums and Pears

The perfect sheet metal cheesecake with plums and pears recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the ground:

  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 400 g Flour
  • 0,5 bag Baking powder
  • 1 Egg

For covering:

  • 750 g Lowfat quark
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla custard powder
  • 200 ml Oil
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 big can Pears
  • 1 big can Egg plums approx. 8-10 pieces
  • 0,5 bag Sliced ​​almonds
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Parchment paper

For the ground:

  1. Line a drip pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Knead all the dough ingredients together to form a smooth dough. Best done with your hands. Then spread on the baking sheet and roll until smooth.

For covering:

  1. Wash the plums and rub dry. Chop and core. Drain the pears in a colander. Mix the quark, sugar, eggs, pudding powder, oil and milk until smooth and spread on the base. Arrange the fruits on top and sprinkle with almonds. Sprinkle the plums with a little sugar.
  2. Bake in a hot oven for about 1 hour. Take out and let cool down.
