Sheet Metal Cheesecake with Plums and Pears
The perfect sheet metal cheesecake with plums and pears recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the ground:
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 400 g Flour
- 0,5 bag Baking powder
- 1 Egg
For covering:
- 750 g Lowfat quark
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla custard powder
- 200 ml Oil
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 big can Pears
- 1 big can Egg plums approx. 8-10 pieces
- 0,5 bag Sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Parchment paper
For the ground:
- Line a drip pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Knead all the dough ingredients together to form a smooth dough. Best done with your hands. Then spread on the baking sheet and roll until smooth.
For covering:
- Wash the plums and rub dry. Chop and core. Drain the pears in a colander. Mix the quark, sugar, eggs, pudding powder, oil and milk until smooth and spread on the base. Arrange the fruits on top and sprinkle with almonds. Sprinkle the plums with a little sugar.
- Bake in a hot oven for about 1 hour. Take out and let cool down.
