Pumpkin Cheesecake from Sheet
The perfect pumpkin cheesecake from sheet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Yeast dough finished product
- 1 packet Nutmeg Pumpkin
- 150 g Grated cheese
- 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- 150 g Salami
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- Fresh thyme
- Roll out the yeast dough on a baking sheet and brush with creme fraiche.
- Cut the pumpkin into wedges, core, peel and cut into thin slices. Spread on the dough and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Cut the onion into thin slices, spread over the pumpkin. Cover with salami slices and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.
