Bread Dumplings Recipe

- 400 g Sifted flour
- 1 Pck Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Bun
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 100 ml Sparkling water
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- First, sift the flour with the baking powder in a bowl. Then salt, pepper, nutmeg, then the 2 eggs. The rolls are soaked in water and then squeezed out and placed in the bowl.
- Now pour the whole mixture over with the mineral water and knead well until a firm dough is formed, if necessary always add flour. Now cut the firm dough into small slices and form dumplings out of them. Put the dumplings in boiling water and leave to stand for about 20 minutes with the pot open on a low level and turn them in the water more often.
