Meatless: Cream Spinach on Fried Bread Dumplings

- 1 packet Thawed Spinach Tk
- 1 half Diced onion
- 0,5 cups Crème fraîche with herbs
- Salt and pepper
- 4 piece Bread dumplings – use leftovers –
- The spinach should be thawed and put in a saucepan. Sweat the onion in a little oil and add to the spinach, season with salt, pepper and stir in the crème fraîche with herbs.
- There were 4 dumplings left from the Christmas test dinner … and today they had the pleasure of being fried in a hot pan and were a delicious accompaniment to the cream spinach 😉
