Meatless: Cream Spinach on Fried Bread Dumplings

The perfect meatless: cream spinach on fried bread dumplings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Thawed Spinach Tk
  • 1 half Diced onion
  • 0,5 cups Crème fraîche with herbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 piece Bread dumplings – use leftovers –
  1. The spinach should be thawed and put in a saucepan. Sweat the onion in a little oil and add to the spinach, season with salt, pepper and stir in the crème fraîche with herbs.
  2. There were 4 dumplings left from the Christmas test dinner … and today they had the pleasure of being fried in a hot pan and were a delicious accompaniment to the cream spinach 😉
