Ice Cream: Cappuccino Ice Cream

- 250 ml Milk
- 200 ml Cream
- 150 ml Cappuccino liqueur
- 6 Egg yolk
- 75 g Sugar
- 3 Tl Instant espresso powder
- Bring the milk with the cream to the boil. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
- Place a saucepan with hot water. Now add the boiling cream to the sugar egg and steam it into the rose.
- Now add the coffee powder and the liqueur, stir everything and place in the ice water to cool down. Now just put it in the ice cream maker.
