Ice Cream: Cappuccino Ice Cream

The perfect ice cream: cappuccino ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 150 ml Cappuccino liqueur
  • 6 Egg yolk
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 3 Tl Instant espresso powder
  1. Bring the milk with the cream to the boil. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
  2. Place a saucepan with hot water. Now add the boiling cream to the sugar egg and steam it into the rose.
  3. Now add the coffee powder and the liqueur, stir everything and place in the ice water to cool down. Now just put it in the ice cream maker.
