Trout with Roasted Bell Peppers and Crème Fraîche with Herbs

  • 2 Fresh trout
  • 2 Hot peppers
  • 10 New potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 1 a cup Crème fraîche with herbs
  1. Salt / pepper the trout on both sides and wrap in aluminum foil. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Dice the potatoes and peppers and fry them in the pan. Season with Provence herbs, salt and paprika. Serve with crème fraîche with herbs.
