Spicy Smoked Salmon Cake
The perfect spicy smoked salmon cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 275 g Puff pastry roll from the cooling shelf
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 0,5 bunch Dill
- 1 Msp Freshly grated nutmeg
- 200 g Grated cheese, e.g. Gouda or Gruyere
- White ground pepper
- Sea salt from the mill
- Unroll the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Pluck the smoked salmon into pieces and spread on top.
- Mix the eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg and finely chopped dill together. If necessary, add a sip of milk. Spread the mixture on the puff pastry.
- Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack with 180 degrees fan-assisted air for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve lukewarm or cold. This fits z. B. a delicious cucumber salad. Cut into small corners, it is also ideal as a party snack, picnic, finger food, etc.
