Dessert: Mountainous Oven Pancake

- 600 ml Milk
- 250 g Flour
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soft butter
- Mix all ingredients with a whisk or a mixer so that there are no lumps. Pour the liquid dough onto a deep baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 210 degrees (top / bottom heat) for about 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. The pancake will rise quite a bit when you bake it, throwing large, airy bubbles.
- Remove, cut into pieces and serve while warm. This fits z. B. jam, honey, cinnamon sugar, vanilla ice cream or sauce, Nutella, maple syrup, applesauce, compote etc … Also delicious: Cover the dough with fruit, then put it in the oven.
- You can also prepare a hearty variant of the pancake: just add a pinch of sugar to the batter. Top it up as you like and put it in the oven. z. B. with olives, cheese, tomatoes, ham, smoked salmon etc …
