Corn Vegetables with Green Peas

- 1 kl. Can Corn – 140 g
- 1 kl. Can Peas – 140 g
- 0,5 Fresh onion
- 20 g Branded butter
- 20 g Parsley crispy fresh
- 20 g Fresh smooth parsley
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Maggi wort
- Put the corn and peas in a sieve and drain well, dice the onion very finely and finely chop both types of parsley.
- Drain the butter in a small saucepan and fry the onion until translucent, then add the drained vegetables, season with pepper and salt, add 2 tablespoons of the vegetable stock and cook the vegetables with the lid on for 3 to 4 minutes over a mild heat.
- Fold in the chopped parsley and season with 2 dashes of Maggi seasoning.
- I served the corn and pea vegetables with crispy fried potato dumplings and scrambled cheese – it went well together and was delicious.
