Corn Vegetables with Green Peas

The perfect corn vegetables with green peas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kl. Can Corn – 140 g
  • 1 kl. Can Peas – 140 g
  • 0,5 Fresh onion
  • 20 g Branded butter
  • 20 g Parsley crispy fresh
  • 20 g Fresh smooth parsley
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Maggi wort
  1. Put the corn and peas in a sieve and drain well, dice the onion very finely and finely chop both types of parsley.
  2. Drain the butter in a small saucepan and fry the onion until translucent, then add the drained vegetables, season with pepper and salt, add 2 tablespoons of the vegetable stock and cook the vegetables with the lid on for 3 to 4 minutes over a mild heat.
  3. Fold in the chopped parsley and season with 2 dashes of Maggi seasoning.
  4. I served the corn and pea vegetables with crispy fried potato dumplings and scrambled cheese – it went well together and was delicious.
