Pancakes with Melon Ice Cream

Pancakes

  • 6 piece Eggs
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 300 g Flour

ice cream

  • 1 piece Watermelon
  • 1 piece Honeydew melon
  • 500 g Yogurt
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 250 g Sugar
  • Ice magic
  1. Mix the eggs with the milk and cream until frothy and stir in the flour. Heat the fat in the pan and let it flow into a crepe.
  2. Cut the melons into small pieces, preferably dice. Then gradually add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything with a mixer and pour into a container. The mass in the refrigerator until it is frozen to ice.
