Pancakes with Melon Ice Cream

Pancakes
- 6 piece Eggs
- 200 ml Cream
- 400 ml Milk
- 300 g Flour

- 1 piece Watermelon
- 1 piece Honeydew melon
- 500 g Yogurt
- 100 ml Cream
- 250 g Sugar
- Ice magic
- Mix the eggs with the milk and cream until frothy and stir in the flour. Heat the fat in the pan and let it flow into a crepe.
- Cut the melons into small pieces, preferably dice. Then gradually add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything with a mixer and pour into a container. The mass in the refrigerator until it is frozen to ice.
