Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 handful Raisins
- 1 Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Baking powder
- 1 shot Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Vanilla icecream
- Chocolate sauce
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Put the flour in a bowl, add the vanilla sugar, eggs, baking powder, raisin sugar and milk, and mix everything with a hand mixer to a smooth batter.
- Heat the oil in a small pan and fry small pancakes, let them cool down a bit, put the ice cream on one half of the pancake, fold the other half over, pour the chocolate sauce over it and serve.
