Peach Coconut Cake
The perfect peach coconut cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Peaches fresh
- 5 tablespoon Margarine
- 4 Eggs
- 12 tablespoon Coconut milk
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 300 g Flour
- 125 g Oatmeal
- 3 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Brown sugar
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top heat)
- 4 Beat eggs with the hand mixer plus whisk attachment until foamy (in a higher mixing bowl) .. (you can beat the eggs in a drinking glass .. then you can put the eggshells in there to throw away)
- For the time being, 8 tablespoons. Add coconut milk (can), stir
- Gradually add 4,300 grams of flour and half a packet of baking powder, stir
- Add 1 / 2 glasses of oat flakes (approx. 125 grams) .. stir .. add 3 tablespoons of honey and another 4 tablespoons of coconut milk
- Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 4-5 tablespoons of margarine to the dough mixture and stir.
- 4-5 Wash (very) ripe peaches and cut very small (about 2cm pieces)
- Grease a round shape with a little margarine (use a brush or a clean handkerchief) grease the bottom and edges!
- Distribute the dough evenly on the bottom of the pan and then loosely place the peach pieces on top. Then: put it in the oven … 🙂 After about 30 minutes of baking time, sprinkle the cake with brown sugar … slightly firmer dough ..!
